It was extremely simple to set up a cleaning and the service personnel were fantastic at explaining the difference between companies that use soap type products to clean and the right way to clean.
This was the first time for cleaning our basement carpet. Looks like a new carpet and it's been on the besement floor for 17 yrs. Rey Noren was the service rep. and I was really pleased with the cleaning job. He explained to me the chemicals that Zerorez uses in the cleaming process .

Professionalizm such as wearing shoe covers, door cover, corner guards and professional looking employee. I also like that you don't use soaps and like the citrus smell. Everything seems very clean and fresh.

I found the process to be very satisfactory. The education by the tech was much appreciated. He did all that he could possibly do to make this appointment a positive one. The carpets look amazing. There is one area that seems to be a challenge yet. However, I highly doubt that it can be much different as it is a high traffic area that was horribly dark.
Rey put booties on before walking on my carpets, nice. I also put booties on before entering someones house to keep from tracking and respect. Rey is just respectfull, he is there to clean.
Rey is very informative about carpets, upolstery, ducts and just about everything that needs cleaning in your house. Rey was on time, friendly and very willing to answer all my questions in a confident manor.
