all of the products are wonderful!! We have 2 dogs, one being a puppy and she still has accidents from time to time and the stain guard helps with that along with the orange spray. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone I know that is getting their carpets cleaned. The two gentlemen that did our carpets and duct work were very professional and did a wonderful job. At first I didn't care for the price but for what it does to the carpets and duct work it is worth every penny. I hate to dust and I have not dusted for 3 weeks now. I LOVE IT>

Service was prompt, the thecs were efficient,knew what they were doing, pleasant and informative. They answered all of my questions, and believe me, I ask a lot of questions. I wanted my husband to be home when the service was performed and he hardly believed his eyes. I was impressed how clean the carpets are just using water and steam. I wanted to wait to see if the dirt would rise to the top of the carpet before I gave you guys a thumbs up-although some dirt has reappeared on the steps, the rest of the carpets are clean. You did have to make a return trip to clean some spots in the family room that did come out. My only suggestion is that you slow down just a bit and extract the water slowly. I don't think you would have had to return if you had not done the whole house in 2 and a half hours. I think the steps needed to be done twice as well to prevent dirt from rising from the bottom, but I can take care of that. I will use you guys again because I do like the way the carpets look, however, when I ask you to do areas at least twice to get them clean, even if it costs a bit more, I would like that instruction followed.

I like that no chemicals are used and it's all natural product. I like the fresh, clean smell and soft carpet. My daughter said, "Wow, smells like a new house!" And the whole process took less than an hour. We have pets and we also have allergies in our family so this was much needed.
