Technician looked the rooms over before starting and asked questions if there was any specific spots that needed extra attention. Was able to add on a couple of chair head rests to be cleaned without any problem. Was asked to inspect the rooms as he went from room to room. Was very efficient and the job was completed in no time a all. I'm very pleased on how all the rooms turned out. I would highly recommend.

From our recent experience with our office carpet cleaning, your products worked well, especially getting stains out. Your employee Serik did a great job, very thorough, respectful, and careful of our furniture and furnishings.
My main concern is that the window for arrival was too wide—it would have been more managable with a shorter 2-hour window for arrival, especially for office cleaning.
Yet overall, our carpets look great!
