Then a week ago I met Juan, he came over to tackle a deep dark doggy mess and I knew it wasn’t coming out, but Juan did a great job and no smell👍👍 He was also very personable!! We are very impressed with our Zerorez experience. They are professional and explained the process so I could understand everything. The tech was on time, very prepared and did a wonderful job. I will give the tech an 11 out of 10. We took advantage of a 5 room special with a very old carpet and 2 stairways. I will recommend and definitely call when I need them again.
The seven room special price is worth it!
Our technician, Sarif (sp?), was outstanding. He called with estimated arrival time, handled the entire job on his own. He’s got the routine definitely down; efficient, yet thorough. We do plan to replace some of the carpet, but in the interim, they look great!

Very happy with the job the cleaner did.
He spent a lot of time going over the stains in our carpet and throughly checked out where our puppy had urinated. Going over which didn’t smell and a place he suggested could bring up more smell after cleaning.
A few hours after he left, our granddaughter walked in and mentioned how great the house smelled. She didn’t know we had just cleaned it.
