Mason was very professional and took care when moving equipment so as not to damage our oak floors. He did a great job cleaning our basement carpet. He was able to get out all of the stains including the stairs.

The process was clearly explained. The various options and prices were clearly presented. The operator went to work and did a great job. He then explained about drying time, etc. Our carpet looks wonderful!
The carpets are beautifully clean The drying time was reasonable about 8 hours. The rep. was professional, prompt and very good at his job. His name is Mason. We would ask for his service again. The charges were very reasonable too.
