I like being able to book on line for a date and time that works for our schedule. I appreciate getting a call 20 minutes before the tech arrived. The carpet is beautiful and dried quickly. I don't like the idea of you asking me when I process my credit card for a tip for the tech.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was prompt and courteous. Did a great job.
I’m blanking on my technicians name, but he was fantastic. He was actually able to bump me up on his schedule which was nice of him. He was understanding of the driveway not being cleared yet - which meant he had to walk in the snow.
He explained the process well, did a great job at cleaning the sectional and had clear instructions on how to best handle the aftercare.
I do plan on using you again for carpet cleaning in multiple rooms after furniture movement is complete.
