First of all, I was greeted with an acknowledgement and smile. I had purchased my bike over the phone and had come in to pick it up. Noah was amazing! He spent time showing me how my e-bike worked and answered all my questions with a smile and patience. There was another gentleman working that day that also greeted me and chatted while Noah was getting my bike.
I bought my bike over the phone because I had been to two other bike shops and was treated like garbage and I didn't want to go through that again. I don't understand how when that's your entire business of selling bikes that you can't be friendly and helpful.
You have an amazing staff at your Grand Avenue store and I am so happy with my bike and with the service I received there and I am a forever customer!
