When Rob was here to set up my tank and things, he was very thorough and that’s what I like about a person. He made sure that everything was set up perfectly before he left. If it was not set up or leaking or any other matter, he let me know and will be back on a later date to fix it.

The best part of dealing with this company is the fact that you can get corporate prices with personal service from Osterman Propane directly, especially if you deal with them directly in the office.
Lisa Avery, for example, who runs the Pittsfield Osterman office has gone over the top in service, especially when we were about to run out of propane. The personal care that she puts into serving puts a friendly face on what could otherwise be an impersonal corporate experience.

Utterly reliable
we have used Osterman since we move to Pownal 10 or 11 years ago, only once did we have a problem after they filled the tank. We have a bad smell of propane after they filled the tanks, called them and they had someone at the house very quickly. The service man was great, fixed the problem with the vent, checked our home with the detector and made sure we felt comfortable before he left.
