I have been with Osterman Propane for more than 20 years. In all that time, they have never missed one auto delivery; I have never run out of propane and they have been on hand for every weather emergency! When my tank needed replacing, it was done efficiently and safely. I have no complaints, not to mention every person I've dealt with at Osterman has been friendly and helpful. I'd say that's a 10! This week we unexpectedly found ourselves concerned about our propane tank function. The first call was to the office in Lee MA where a wonderful lady whose name I didn't get entered the information into her computer as we talked. She assured me we would get a follow-up from the appropriate person. And that's exactly what happened.
Lisa in North Adams helped us solve the problem with patience and expertise. She listened, responded quickly and made several phone calls to other staff at Osterman and then back to us.
We greatly appreciate a company that works with you getting a problem solved quickly, with excellent communication with a worried homeowner!
