Great service. Customer service is wonderful :Ladies are very helpful.
I ran out of propane because my scheduled auto delivery didn’t happen. So, this was annoying and mildly inconvenient, but I appreciated the customer service and within a day and a half, I had a full tank and hot water. I wasn’t home when the delivery was made so I was worried that the technician would neglect to light the pilot light on my water heater (something I don’t dare do myself). When I got home, I quickly turned on the kitchen faucet and the water was hot! I also had received a text after the delivery was made.
As I said, a minor inconvenience and, for sure, a First World problem.
I appreciated the good customer service.

You can be hard to get in touch with. However, you sent a driver out the next day and he discovered a faulty gauge. The driver was extremely helpful, we appreciate you taking care of us as quickly as possible.
I like that now I can lock in the price lower than in the past. You deliver everytime it needs to be filled. I like the budget plan that’s offered. I like when you refer a friend or family you give an incentive.

Under the new wifi level readings, service has been on time never leaving me to call to get fuel. Its a relief off my mind as the last time this happened five years ago running dry turned off all my utilities, furnace, gas hot water heater, and stove/oven. When I turned the furnace back on a pipe had frozen causing a break in my ceiling causing water to flood my downstairs hardwood floor. Fortunately my insurance covered some of the loss but I got no help elsewhere with the driver at the time saying they did not cover restarting the appliances and I was basically on my own.
I have used your propane service previous Osterman and now Superior for over 35 years, I had a brief run with the vendor from Stephentown delivered but reneged on a service payback once he had me as a customer. I will not do business with people who operate from that paradigm and would turn to electric, oil, solar, wind or any other means I would have to engage to get the job done. For the present I am pleased with your service and pricing and have recommended you to other Stamford customers who use another supplier.
