Our auto delivery program has been very good for us. We don't have to worry about running out of fuel. The website has been very useful for checking Lp levels, delivery histories and payment histories. The option to pay online saves time and resources. However, we don't always get a delivery receipt when the delivery is made. We can get the information on the website but we would rather know the information when the delivery is actually made.

Last October, an Osterman truck pulled into our yard and the driver said he was here to level our 500-gallon LP tank. He said it was listed on his paperwork as a 150-gallon LP tank and he would return. He left. He never returned. It is visibly tipped but that doesn’t seem to concern the auto deliver drivers. Please advise.

I thought the customer service representative, Lisa and the technician, Parker were very pleasant and helpful. There was a glitch in the beginning but once they were made aware of it, they were quick to fix it. We are grateful that the problem was rectified and all systems are go!
Easy to set up delivery
Timely, stress fee delivery. Friendly staff.
We very much appreciated the great service given, especially the follow through. A question I had could not be answered during initial phone call. I was told I would be given an answer the next day, and, amazingly, I was called back with not only an answer but a plan of action! A few days later, we had great in person service from a wonderful driver, who removed old tanks from another company, installed new tank, answered our questions, even checking that gas was then turned on properly to house.
