Always very polite and helpful whenever I call there and I can always plan on a timely appropriate delivery. The only thing I don't understand is why they included an self addressed envelope twith the bill they leave to send payment when I am on automatic payment on credit card. To me, that is a complete waste of money. Overall, they are phenomenal people to deal with.

Our service was greatly improved this year. We did not almost run out. I did not have to call and let someone know I was running low. Delivery was timely. It was much easier for me on the auto pay budget plan as well, and I saved a bit of money to boot.
The deliveries are automatic and I have never ran out is propane.
The people I speak to on the phone are always pleasant and helpful.
