1) you’re very responsive when I call.
2) i like your new wireless refill monitoring. Since I live part time away from the house, it makes me feel more secure knowing i will never run out of fuel in the winter.
3) your delivery guys are efficient and courteous
4) when i requested new tanks, I received them in a timely manner.

I am used to calling the local office in Lee. They are super nice and care about their customers. They are always helpful wether it be look up history of account or any credits I have.
