I appreciate Zerorez commitment to quality, service, and follow up. Our friendly technician, Ryan, arrived on time and went right to work, checking for any problem spots, and giving suggestions about how to keep any recurring problems from happening again. He pre-treated the handful of bothersome stains, and they are no longer a problem. My carpets, which are 10 years old, looked brand new after the technician finished. This is my fourth time booking them and I continue to be very happy with the service provided.

I love that your products are all-natural. My carpets look clean much longer using Zerorez. My son came home from school and was smelling the carpet.....when I asked what he was doing he said "I love that smell". Pretty impressive when carpets smell so clean the kids even notice. :)

Make sure the cleaner guy knows how to run the tile cleaning machine. We ended up with way too much water on the tile floor. I brought in five or six spare towels from the garage to use to sop up the water.
On the plus side, the tile and grout ended up looking awesome.
