I love that my home smells odorless and clean and that all stains were gone even the high traffic stains! I especially am stunned with my children’s rooms after our dogs had accidents in there mainly and now you can’t even tell there were any stains or messes in there!

You advertised 3 “rooms” in your advertising. My rooms have a bed and furniture in them. I have a short hallway. I was told that would cost more to clean the hall. I was not happy about that considering you did not clean one complete room.
The young man that came to our house was very nice and did a good job. I was asked to check out what he had done. He missed one small area and had to hook up equipment once again.
He said it would dry up to 6 hrs. The stairs were still damp this morning. I don’t think I could refer you to a friend or family. I’m sorry.

After being charged $195 for biological treatment sub extraction ($65 each for 3 rooms) AND $90 for biological treatment ($45 each for 2 rooms) at the encouragement of your technician, there are still still stains and even spots that clearly weren’t cleaned. I understand all your disclaimers and that my husband approves the service. I was very dissatisfied and upset when I arrived home from home. There are spot that clearly WERE NOT cleaned and still some stains from animals. My husband got out our personal carpet shampoo machine and was able to get up the stains on the carpets that were cleaner that your technician left. We will not recommend your services to anyone.

There are some really wet spots still on my carpet after 2 days, not sure if they just did not get sucked up or why that would be that way.
