Great men, professional and very hard working. Though, If I had to do it again I would have had your company clean the three rooms of carpet and a different company clean the ducts. Two other duct companies were significantly less money. However, your residue free cleaning spray was excellent.

The Zerorez representative that cleaned the carpets worked hard, was pleasant, answered questions, protected our furniture and walls from the cords, I have only one issue and that is I asked him if he had some spot remover before he left and he said that he thought so but would look before he left. He left without letting me know if he had any or not.

The first quote was for $90 per square foot (from the carpet cleaning technician), the 2nd was for $180 (the Saturday office staff). The final cost to clean and seal our slate floor (approx. 650 square feet) was $1005, much higher than expect.
Thank you for your feedback Kathy! The technician was correct in that our natural stone is $90 per 100 square feet. I apologize for any confusion on the phone estimate. Our CSRs do their best to work with our customers when estimating over the phone to get the closest estimate possible. Since we are not able to take measurements over the phone, this estimate may change once the technician is in the home and able to assess the areas on the invoice to finalize any changes before the cleaning. Any additional treatments and sealants for tile are at an additional cost as well and also finalized by the technician. Thank you again for the feedback, now that we have the proper square footage on file, we will be able quote you more accurately in the future!

The carpets we had cleaned came out beautifully and when they dried they were soft and fluffy.
