Very professional
Timely and efficient carpet cleaning service
We had our clinic carpets cleaned and not only did they do a fantastic job but they were actually early! The young man who did the cleaning was polite and courteous! We are very happy with the job.

Was able to get service pretty much right away
The worker came a 1/2 hour late. And the next morning the carpets were still wet. We had to set up fans all day to dry everything out. It was very humid and uncomfortable for several hours. This is the first time this has happened. He came in pre sprayed prior to starting and soaked several areas. This is not how you usually work. I will use you one more time and if we have the same results, we will be looking elsewhere next time.

The customer service was excellent, however my rugs were not as clean as I would have liked.

Excellent cleaning and professional.
The technician was great but we are very disappointed in the results of our cleaning. Our carpet is only 3 years old, we do not wear shoes on it, we do not allow food on it, and it has a permanent stain protection on it. However there are still visible stains that shouldn’t have been difficult to remove. Not to mention one of the machines broke. I wouldn’t pay half of what I did to have this done again. Extremely disappointing and I will not be recommending to my neighborhood group.
