They were prompt. Very friendly. Did a nice job especially on the bathroom floor and couch/chair. The floor (that wasn't cleaned) seemed a little dirty and I had to wipe up some spots. Other than that good service.

I was kept apprised that the technician was running behind schedule. I was notified when the technician would arrive at the house. I really appreciate the excellent communication the company provides to the customer. I have interacted with a number of service companies recently, and your service exceeded all of them!The technician identified and treated some stains. He as well, communicated to me what he was doing during the cleaning and what to expect / do post carpet cleaning.

The person (kid) that did the carpet cleaning smelled heavily of perspiration, which was offensive to start with. But the cleaning job was horrible. It looks worse now than before it was cleaned. There are streaks everywhere and they won't go away. At first I thought it was wheel tracks or something that would look better after we walked on it. But it has been weeks now and it still looks terrible. I would like someone to come to my house and evaluate the situation and hopefully correct it.
I have used your service several times in the past and have always been well satisfied until now.

Almost none of the stains on our carpet came out. As the carpet cleaner was leaving, he hit our sprinkler head, breaking it off, which required repair work. We then went in and used over-the-counter carpet cleaner on one of the stains that was left, and it came out within a few seconds. We have been continuing to clean the spots with the same over-the-counter cleaner and 80% of what was left is coming out with little effort on our part. Very dissatisfied that we have to go behind your cleaner to remove this spots, especially since we could have done it on our own much cheaper. Why do we have to remove our own spots, after Zerorez? At least a partial refund I believe is due to us to be fair, since we have to remove the stains, and had to repair a sprinkler head.

The tech was very professional and thorough. Results were great!! Dries very quickly and no smell after. Got a chair clean I was ready to burn!!
In all honesty we were completely disappointed for a few reasons. The carpets are far from perfect but the end result honestly seemed to be the same as before it got cleaned. Obviously there has to be somewhat of a difference but it was hardly noticeable. The Zerorez representative who did the job seemed unmotivated, and I don't know if that had anything to do with the turnout, I understand he may have been tired and I also understand he has other carpet cleaning jobs to get done. From past experiences the service has always taken double the amount of time that it took the Zerorez representative, and I feel that my carpet was not treated as a priority. For the price I paid I definitely expected a much better outcome. Also, the representative mentioned that there was about five or six steps in total and it didn't seem like 5 steps, and the edges of the carpet in the living room were left very dirty, I mentioned that to the representative and he said the carpet was wet and we would notice the difference once the carpet dried. The last thing I want to mention is that there was a considerable amount of water left in the carpet and it took over 24 hours to dry. That has not been our experience in the past and I did expect a much better outcome with Zerorez. Thank you for your time.
Zerorez did an AWESOME job cleaning the tile in our rental home! I can't believe how it looks new again!
Fast efficient service.
The carpets were filthy and now they look great. The technician was very courteous, did a great job and even locked up the house upon leaving so I didn't have to return to do so.

When I specifically asked about carpet cleaning with deodorizer I was led to believe it was part of your service. I had my carpets cleaned just about 25 days ago and the stains i specifically wanted addressed have come back too.
When i called to find out if there was anything that could be done I was under the impression it would be redone at little to no cost. But was surprised to find out it would be an additional $195 and no guarantee that the stains would be gone for good. When I asked why so much... it was explained it would take 3 gallons of your zerorrez solution at $65/gal to treat the six coffee can size stains. Really? 3 gallons of treatment for 6 stains? Why didnt the technician suggest/explain what was needed the first time he was here? And why was there no deodorizer used when i specifically asked if that was part of your process?
I dont feel like I received the amazing service that you proclaim with all the radio testimonials. I feel like the technician didnt want to be bothered with having to redo what he just did. You people are the carpet experts. Had you taken the time to explain what was really needed to clean the carpets in the first place i probably would have agreed to $195 total... but i just paid $135 three weeks ago I dont think I should need to pay another $195.
By the way, the gal you have answering the phone is very nice and I appreciated her help. Its no wonder she could get me scheduled in two days though...you aren't very busy...and now i understand why.
