Owning 2 puppies, our carpets had seen better days. Iām so happy we called Zerorez. Our technician Ace was knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to locate and treat all our puppies āaccidentsā. Pleasantly pleased for being the first time using ZEROREZ. Very professional and friendly service person. Very knowledgeable and forthcoming on products and services. Carpets cleaned look great. Would have to give a 7-10 out feedback to see how it stands up to traffic and vacuuming. But very pleased at this point.

Ace did a very thorough job checking the carpet in advance of cleaning and spent a lot of time on the cleaning process . All the spots came out and the carpet looks great.
They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They seem to have done in pretty good job however there are some spots I may have to contact them again. I think them for their excellent service.

The 2 reps came over to inspect the carpet, esp. with a possible problem area, and gave an on-the-spot assessment of what they could do/ what would happen and might not happen, and an estimate. I was very happy that they could do this then and proceed with the cleaning.
After a short discussion and agreement, they got to work. They were very organized and efficient in the handling of their equipment and were respectful in our house [wearing booties, asking permission to use the water, etc.].
I saw immediate results, esp. with the problem spot gone.
