Devin the technician was great again

I was so disappointed in the person that performed the work. 1. When he came in he insisted that I would only be charged for 4 rooms instead of 5. I said great. Then he proceeded to tell me that the back room has dog urine on the floor. I said I don't think so, he said well its either urine on vomit. He said it would needed to be treated and I said how much is that. Then he indicated that the cleanliness of the work could not be guaranteed unless I purchased a protectant for the whole carpet. I said no. Then he informed me that my dogs and I had to stay outside while they spray the entire carpet. I would have like to know this in advance. I was expecting one room would be done at a time. Also, upon getting the bill he charged me for 5 rooms instead of 4. I questioned him and he just disregarded it. The carpets looked clean when they left, but the floors were soaked and took 13 hours to dry, not the 4 - 6 as promised. I had to make sure my dogs were not lying on wet floors for fear of them getting sick. That took allot of effort and thoughtfulness. The next day the same people came back to do my furniture. I mentioned to him about the floors being soaked when he left and he said oh, that's because it was so soiled. He had a answer for everything. The furniture looked great when they left, but they left a big wet spot in the middle of my living room floor - its still wet. The people I communicated with to make the appointments were very professional and wonderful to work with. Those that do the work should take a lesson. I spent $460.00 and was treated with total disrespect and no consideration from the individual doing the work. Very disappointed in that regard.

I will say this: the 1st Zerorez guy was just ok. He wanted to charge me for an entire bedroom when in reality it wasnt more than 12-16 sq ft. So no, not that studid. I did recommend him to a friend, who also used you. Once. Because he hooked up to the irrigation water and rather than change to domestic, he tried to convince the owner it would be OK to use the dirty irrigation water because of how good the filtration system is on your machine. The 2nd one I referred you to didnt like that not all of the animal odor came out. Of course it didnt and she didnt want to pay for the animal treatment stuff.

Then I got Devyn, who has every time explained what and why he is doing something. Without Devyn, I will have to switch companies because I cant trust who you might decide to send out.

I feel Zerorez is expensive and then I was charged an additional $14 for a water disposal fee. That should be included in the quoted price. I like the idea of no chemicals but the water is very expensive. Also, the technician said my carpet would be dry by the end of the day but it is still damp in spots at the end of the second day.

The technician was knowledgeable and personable. The quality of the service was excellent. It is nice to know I was doing a good job of caring for my carpet and that the protectant from the manufacturer lasts for only one year and that the protectant is from Mohawk carpets and will last another year. Reasonable price for the protectant too.

I was happy with the service and the results from TJ, the tech that came to the house and the work he did. He was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable and the carpets turned out great!

I have used Zerorez for many years. They are professional, both office staff and technicians. The technicians are very knowledgeable about carpets and why they wear the way they do. They know their products and how they work. They are considerate of my home. I love the way my carpets feel after they are cleaned. Before Zerorez I couldn’t walk barefoot on my carpets because all the chemicals other cleaners used made my feet burn. Zerorez doesn’t use chemicals so I can go barefoot on my carpet again!

Over spray on floors and furniture, when cleaning two chairs. Need to clean floors and furniture next to chairs after he left. Water is bad for wood floors. Carpets came out great!
