I was honestly hesitant to purchase decals online but can honestly say Decals.com was very helpful in the entire process and I will definitely be using them again. And the quality of the decals themselves is excellent and they look great.
Only issue we had was the backing that you peel off to apply the decal was not flat on most of the decals so we lost one of them because it ended up with a significant crease in it when applied. We were able to fix the problem on the others though by lifting up the backing and laying it flat before applying the decal.

Fast and cheap
I'm very happy with the quality of my custom decal and their customer service. After I submitted the design, Kalie P contacted me about cleaning it up to made sure the final print quality would look good. The final approval step before going to print was nice and easy and gave me confidence it would turn out well. It's on my car now and looks great.
I placed an order for two banners and requested a certain shipping time. Somehow I miscalculated the time and the banners would be arriving after the date I needed them. I reached out to check on options, and the company gave me a discount on a reorder and the banners arrived in time.

We utilized Banners to create a fairly last-minute parade banner and they were so accommodating for such a reasonable price. And, the quality wasn't sacrificed either. The banner got here with more than enough time to spare — earlier than promised — and it worked out great. Customer service was top notch as well.
