It was very easy to upload my design and set the size I wanted. I asked for a proof to check before the order went thru, and received that within a couple hours of placing my initial order, confirmed the proof, and had my custom order finalized in less than a day!

I ordered a few decals but I'm not a graphic designer so wasn't sure about my graphic uploads. They uploaded great and I got several e-mails from a representative about how they took the initiative to resize one so it wouldn't look stretched. They also suggested a different cut that would be a better fit for the design I had. I was sent a proof along with it to approve and I felt very appreciative that they would take the time to "correct" my order so that it would look it's best! Thank you!

After I placed my order online I received a call from Katie explaining a problem she was trying to prevent from happening due to the measurements and graphics I submitted. Having experience in desktop publishing, I understood exactly what she was talking about. The graphics I submitted were intentionally made to look old and the measurements I provided would have caused some distortion in the end product. I was very pleased that she wanted the result to be the very best possible. That's what I call professionalism and is what often is missing these days when dealing with some companies. So, thank you very much Katie for paying attention to detail.
