I was very impressed with their service. I placed an order in over the weekend and early Monday morning they called to ask me if I wanted to further edit my image I created then said I could email it back to them for production. I declined to further edit and asked that they please go ahead with production. So this made me a little worried if it was going to look good. When I received my banner only a few days later, it was beautiful. Everyone agrees with me. I am quite impressed with their work, their prices and the excellent customer service. I even received a thank you card yesterday from them. Thank you for your great service!

The only issue I had, was that we received two labels for each label requested. I'm sure that this increased our cost for the order. But I should have looked at the order estimate. We had never ordered two in the past.

Digital Print Solutions overall has been great to work with, the one thing i would like to see done differently is this if you recieve artwork or cut instructions that just don't seem right reach out and let your customers know what the possible problems are with the instructions provided.
Example; on my last order i thought i had ordered my decals kiss cut and must have inadvertenly
hit die cut, while you did off a $25% discount to redo "Thank You" a 1 minute email could have saved us all time and money.
