I like the Trek Brand and the ability to see the bikes and test ride the bikes. I like that I can bring my bike to the store for regular maintenance or to get it fixed.

I hadn’t been there in a long time, but I’ve always been treated very nicely.
Just recently, I needed to fix my son’s gear selector and I needed two new inner tubes and handle wraps, and immediately upon entering the shop, everyone working greeted me and my son with smiles and they fixed our bikes within 15-20 minutes.
All the guys were helpful and we felt the love!
