Excellent customer service, and fast repairs.
I came in for a bottom bracket repair and I walked out of there with the make and model of my next full suspension bike, plus a ton of knowledge about fat tire bikes and aluminum frames vs carbon fiber frames in relation to my budget and criteria, Nikko knocked it out of the park for me, and all of this as the bike repair technician got my bike up to snuff quickly. I could not be happier with my experience.
I would definitely recommend this bike shop to my family and friends. These guys are awesome!
