Did a great job of giving both bikes a thorough tuneup and upgraded the brakes to hydraulic. Turn around time was less then two weeks even with them having to order parts.

Explained each bike to me as a beginner and up of all the pros and cons of each one.
Got fitted for a Speed Concept Tri Bike and Torsten was phenomenal. Was able to dial in my fit to match my body and position. Process was easy and actually learned some tips to help increase efficiency on the bike. Great overall experience and would highly recommend to anyone getting a tri bike in the Chicago area.
