What do you like about our association services?

Website is user friendly. If I need to call Main Street, all my questions are answered promptly.

What could we do to improve?

Stop moving the satellite offices. Restore the capabilities to purchase planners,signs and other items in the satellite facilities for the convenient of members. Is Downers Grove the region where the majority of membership are located. I remember when the board was located in Homewood.

What do you like about our association services?

Excellent Representatives who are ALWAYS qualified, competent, capable individuals who are willing and qualified to assist members above and beyond the "norm". MAINSTREET makes me feel like I CAN DO IT ! and I am never alone:) Very thankful and appreciative.

Regina Jordan in Education and Mary Ellen in Accounting are GREAT! Both of these ladies are always so kind, patient, helpful and so willing to assist in whatever way possible to resolve problems & issues as well as provide information and assistance for future needs.
