How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Hours are too short.
Legal question support is short.
You are limiting me on how many times I can renew my key card over the phone before i need to wast time by the computer.
You took out the on site store.
All training should be online including the test. (if test is required to be monitored, it should still be done at home with live recording thur Skype).

The sentrilock system has become less user-friendly. I don't care for the policy of not being allowed to generate a one day code.

Very informative website which is easy to navigate and check your payment history. I like that the association is informative on their site, offer many classes and programs and reminds me to renew my license!
