Too Big, impersonal
Making departments like membership more easily accessible. Sometimes you don't hear back for a while.
There is not enough benefits for appraisers. There are classes for agents/brokers, but never any for appraisers. Because appraisers don't get these same benefits, we still pay the same fee as brokers/agents, the fees should be lower due to this.
The process is so easy to get started with Mainstreet and they have a lot of tools to help you start a successful career.
The responsiveness of the staff. I feel that I have a true partner.
Nothing, but, you are the only ones I know that do what you do.
I like having all our contracts and forms accessible from the succeedwithmore website. It is also great for registering for classes and
keeping a record of what courses we have taken.
I'm not sure. I haven't been a member for that long, so I don't have enough experience to know whether I'd highly recommend a friend. I'm looking for more networking events, or ways to get involved with the organization.

Mainstreet provides affordable, convenient continuing education.
The website has a lot of information, is easy to navigate and register for classes.
I attended a social media seminar for agents and as a new agent it was very helpful.
1. Educational classes not available "on demand" for the members like me located far away from your offices,
2. Offering interesting classes only in your far south suburbs location.
You offer much more than I am taking advantage of currently. But hope to step up to you.
