it is quick and professional
Many times have difficulty reaching someone in the Sentrilock area. Phone is not answered and are told to leave a message and do not get a call back so I have to call again and try everyone in the department to get someone to answer.
EDUCATION & UPDATES
The fees are pretty stable and and I don't receive a ton of bills for separate services. I would however like to see more certification classes in the Tinley Park office.
