I really do not use the organization. I did like getting supplies and luxury brochure boxes but you ekeminated that area.

I strongly disagree with the automated fines...the other person should be able to defend himself/herself and the person who is accusing the other person should be known and show the proof. I called on one listing - Fannie Mae - and I discovered that the listing agent was penalized automatically where in fact it was not his fault and it was NOT my intention to get him penalize rather than find out if something could be done to Fannie Mae in regards to not accepting offers during the first look to owner occupants. This is very unfair and especially to agents that work so hard!

I have been involved with committees at Mainstreet and also two other Realtor Boards. Mainstreet is the most professional and works hard to help all its members. Everyone, from Professional Standards to Government Affairs takes the interest of the public and Realtors very seriously,

As a vendor I want you to continuously promote the Affiliates to all the Membership. I'll bet that many of the members do not know who the Affiliates are and wished they did to locate the best for the services they are looking for.
They are easy to find and easy to use. When I have questions I can just pick up the phone, and speak to a knowledgeable person.
Overall good business support. However it seems like some firms may have a stronger voice than some of the smaller groups
