I'm rather new to Mainstreet as I transferred from CAR. I feel I'm to new to honestly give you feedback; thus, I am rating in the middle. I do recommend that when you mail the paperwork for the Sentricard, etc. that you let the agent know on that page they need to call the Board to activate the card. I have a high D personality and looked on that particular page during the week and came to conclusion that since it had a date to renew the card that I was good to go. However, I found out on the weekend that I was not good to go.

I think that Mainstreet's leadership, needs to shift there focus more towards the needs of the entire geographic area of realtors it serves. To much emphasis is currently being placed on the area surrounding the main office, with decisions being made that have had in some instances, negative implications on area's to the north and east.
The staff is very accomodating and the education provided is great.
I am a new broker and the person I spoke with on the phone was patient and gracious. I was so glad that I called because I did not know a few important details regarding a lock box.

The website is very poorly designed. Goes to login page when already logged in. Could only put 1 item in cart at time. Many pages that have links directing to them don't exist. It really is bad!
