How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I received a letter from IDFPR stating that in 2013 Broker Manager renewal I did not take a 12hr. Broker Mgr. Class. That was the 1st renewal after the switch occurred. I know I kept asking if I had what I needed, I made sure my agents were on top on it and I was never told I didn't take this class. I have been with the board for I think at least 20years and NEVER have I not complied. Now I have retake the class (I just took in Nov.) pay again $185.00 PASS and then pay a fine of $300. I am very upset. And feel somehow my board should have made me aware of this. I have not gotten any satisfaction.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Hours are too short.
Legal question support is short.
You are limiting me on how many times I can renew my key card over the phone before i need to wast time by the computer.
You took out the on site store.
All training should be online including the test. (if test is required to be monitored, it should still be done at home with live recording thur Skype).

The sentrilock system has become less user-friendly. I don't care for the policy of not being allowed to generate a one day code.

I am a new agent and like many other new agents, I work 8-5 at my day job. If MORE could offer more night and Saturday classes. We would greatly benefit from it.
