How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have not compared the fees of other irganizations, but I think that they are accessivr. I do plan on utilizing the services that I have been paying been paying for all this time.

You send a lot of these to me. I have no specific complaints. Most of my friends are not Realtors - so recommendation is a moot point.

The fact that you continuously update the multiple listing service features keeping them responsive to changing needs of the members; as well as, maintaining professional administrators and service personnel that are responsive to the needs of the members.

What could we do to improve?

Lower fees. We are the only state that requires a proctored test after an online course, and it costs a bunch of money. Our required courses cost a lot of money. Isn't there anywhere we could lower some fees?
