when you offer a course and there are other charges please disclosure at the beginning not at the class.

Quick response from a human being to inquiries. Educational offerings are top notch and parking is free. Frequent communication between MORe and members but not overkill.

Great assistance when I need it
I dont understand the question. Why would I recomend MORE to a friend unless you mean a friend who's a realtor? Shouldn't a business associate already be a member?
Professionalism, responsiveness and quality of service
With the new 6.1 contract, I was very pleased with the new forms provided, especially the Due Diligence form which I have sent to my agents and are including in our e-signature folders. It is a great reminder to agents and buyers to keep their transaction on track until the close.

Did not give notice of dues being due, again, this happens frequently I believe your objective is to collect late fees as many times as possible from the members.
The services are available when I need them. Never had an issue.
MORE offers a variety of interesting and educational classes. Everyone is always very helpful.
I think that you should give a grace period for the fees... I understand that paying on time is the responsibility of the Realtor BUT the $25 fee (in my opinion) should not be assessed so quickly. If agents are not paying on time... more than likely they are not able to pay and assessing a late fee so quickly only adds to the stress of making ends meet. If you're truly there to support us then you have to try to see things from a struggling agent's perspective and not simply "business as usual".

Lower costs would be a start
