As a member for over 22 years, I am in a situation that I never fathom I would have to deal with. My guy of 15 years has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and I realized no one cares, all everyone wants is the fees, the bills and anything else that concerns money. I've reached out to my broker for assistance in this challenging time for assistance, I was told unless you have a sale we cannot help you. I spend my days working a full time job to ensure we have a roof over our head and food on the table. I truly miss the doing my real estate and wish someone would just help us.

Everything except my billing. I get 100s of emails every day and I would prefer to get my BILLS in the mail. I was charged $75 in late fees for my 3 assts and I didn't know the bill was late. Either that or combine mine, my husband's and ALL 3 assts bills together. This is the second time I have incurred late fees.
Getting everything out there ahead of time and reminder of the dates

As an appraiser how about not gouging us for all the extra IAR and NAR dues - all we want is access to the MLS and gouging me for the extra 25 late fee - that was total crap!

I think the money I pay is way more then the services I get in return, this is my only means of income and you guys make it really hard to start in real estate, especially with money.
You're way to expensive. I never use you guys so why do I have to pay so much???

The same expectations should be required of every single member. EVERYONE should have to have a Sentri key or else eliminate it all together. Since the merger, the calls from Chicago agents demanding that I drop what I'm doing to come & let them in a property are absolutely out of control. Please address it once and for all.
Permit one day codes on the Supra.
When payments are due start late fees after the date of the new billing cycle begins, NOT several days before the end of the period for which payment had been made. (MLS paid thru 9/30/15 but late fees start 9/24/15 which is, in my opinion, not the right thing to do to your members. And in my case I was out of the country for 31 days including the due date)

The Sentricard system is not working...not having one day codes is preventing showings and sales.It is also irritating agents from other boards,they are asking what is wrong with our board on a daily basis..this has been a topic of conversation at our office meetings too...Not doing anything about it,is not a solution.
I cannot stand that you will not allow 1 day codes for sentrilock boxes.

I have no clue what you do other than to provide access to MLS, are a source for CE and function as conduit to NAR.
Then I have to purchase the leads on my own listings from all of those that get the data I fought to get as the listing agent. I'm here trying to do business with my nose to the grindstone while the organizations I have trusted have sold me out along with others at my level.
So what attribute am I supposed to be aware of that I am to use to recommend MORe a a useful element to a friend.
