I do not know a situation where I would recommend MORE.
On Sept.1st I received the one and only invoice for dues via email.
At 5:30 pm on Sept. 28th (late day?) I received the second email
with a late fee of $25.00 and a 48 hour notice to suspend services.
It looks like I was 30 minutes late!
"make things right?" How about sending a few reminder emails? Realtors
are busy and things like this get lost in the shuffle. Banks and credit
card companies send daily reminders as due date nears.
