Professionalism, kindness, readiness to help
Mainstreet always answers the phone cheerfully and has patience when I am
asking for clarification and asking a questions. I have always had a positive experience.
Would like to make more frequent equal payments instead of larger amounts few times per year.

I would like to be able to pick a floor level for condos on the description (living room - dining room etc....to specify whether it is lower or 3rd etc....thus we are supposed to do 1st floor only which confuses agents as well as buyers).
Selling information to third-parties (Zillow, etc) is bad for business.
A step back to delayed (pocket) listings undermines the basic precepts of cooperative brokerage.

An overall lower cost structure would be great -- the real reason I am a realtor is to have legal access to the mls. While there are many other options via the internet today I still believe the mls is more timely and accurate. Thank you for the professional approach and good customer service personnel. Non of the above is meant as a criticism.

I disagree with the association funding charitable cause i.e. hurricane relief.

We need to know the truth and facts about why decisions are made
several disappointments lately are the loss of mapping on the MLS or why we are held to such low standards that if we update our Sentilock card we can’t use the phone app on the same day
