I get survey emails but not invoice emails and in the busy market I forget invoices are due but get the Kate fee email just fine. It's a bit frustrating.

I love the customer service. Mainstreet Rep are ALWAYS very helpful and responsive when needed. However, I would like more workshops in Tinley Park.
Mainstreet is very informative and always provides great communication. Without their emails, I'd be clueless on upcoming CE, new laws, and various other important news in the Real Estate world.

Well, I've taken my Jumpstart class at Mainstreet. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find the place location wise. Also, there is something to be said about the instructor. Mrs. Madison is out of the ordinary. Knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining at the same time. I would highly recommend it.
I just don’t recommend anything to anyone. I am not disappointed.
You act more as disciplinary then helpful. Expensive. Very convoluted presentation of training and license requirements. Should be specific to the agent logged in.
