What could we do to improve?

Your email system.
I get survey emails but not invoice emails and in the busy market I forget invoices are due but get the Kate fee email just fine. It's a bit frustrating.

I love the customer service. Mainstreet Rep are ALWAYS very helpful and responsive when needed. However, I would like more workshops in Tinley Park.

Mainstreet Staff is the best resource and always ready to help.
Mainstreet has a lot of educational seminars and classes. Keeps realtors up to date.
Mainstreet committees are most active with fun filled creative programs for realtor networking and education.
Mainstreet offices are very conveniently located.

What do you like about our association services?

Well, I've taken my Jumpstart class at Mainstreet. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find the place location wise. Also, there is something to be said about the instructor. Mrs. Madison is out of the ordinary. Knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining at the same time. I would highly recommend it.

You act more as disciplinary then helpful. Expensive. Very convoluted presentation of training and license requirements. Should be specific to the agent logged in.
