Excellent Customer Service and Support
I always receive quick responses when I have a problem or question regarding Sentrilocks, ethics, forms, etc.
This Board has made every effort to support me and my Real Estate business.
It is responsive and informative.
Timing in response to questions. You don't have to wait to get answers, knowledge staff.
I don't even know what you do.
You have sold us out to other websites that get all the benefits of our hard word and want to sell us leads! You’ve done nothing to help us and back us up! Just spent $568 for nothing!!

Classes, programs, and quick responses to questions and concerns.
There is no discipline with other agents. We send in complaints about incorrect information on listings - square footage, extra rooms etc and nothing ever happens.
Also to only give 50 percent credit on old lock boxes when you dictate when they are to be changed is very unprofessional.
Definitely the worst association I have been a part of in 30 years.
You are great, always on top of the events and suggest the right thing to all members.

Many different education opportunities as well as fun events. Also, doesn’t hurt that many are free or affordable.
I just love all of the staff and elected officials I have met in Mainstreet! They have always been helpful and friendly towards me, much appreciated!
The staff is phenomenal! They have gone above and beyond my expectations to provide excellent service. Continuing education classes are also excellent.

accurate information. easy to use platform.
Marketing is the mainstay and bread and butter of our industry for lead generation. We are still not taught the best and most effective ways to market. Some realtors are adept and others are being taken advantage of by gimmicks that don’t work. Spending their hard earned dollars on what returned is nothing in leads. It’s a shame there is such a disparity gap across the board.
I appreciate the yearly billing without installments.
