Fees are ridiculous
The menu you of services that are included in my subscription. The helpfulness of the staff are 2 to name a few.
Customer service is integral to any company working with the public. All my experiences have included great customer service from Mainstreet staff.

Offer cheaper class options for new brokers
I am struggling to find a reason why we pay the fees we do!! The CE classes are becoming few and far between. They are barely offered where I live (Tinley Pk area)!! The prices are higher than others. We have to pay right around the holidays. Not to mention paying also for the MLS!!! Hard to understand!!
Continues to grow as needed in the ever changing technological environments we address every day!

I like a lot of things about MORE but not such frequent requests for rating the services. Maybe I can just say "ditto what I saiid last time.

My life has been a little hectic lately, with a husband who is ill and the bill slipped my mind.

what choice do we have? If we want access to MLS we have to pay. We need more benefits for the service. Free CE and Classes.
