However, your rates are excessive, your hand is constantly in my pocket, and worst, Remine is absolutely the worst data service in the world. Realist was terrible but was light years better than Remine. Nothing in Remine can be depended upon. Data is always inaccurate regarding lot sizes and property GLA. Fortunately, most assessor websites have good access making Remine irrelevant. Further, it has several AVMs which users like me (an appraiser) pay for. Fortunately, lenders can't yet rely on these numbers but WHY AM I FUNDING MY COMPETITION? It is outrageous.
I have many great things to say about your organization. Your people are customer service orientated. Any questions are answered immediately.
I have clients who can retrieve accurate detailed information from public websites faster than we can.
Your ridiculous use of convoluted password requirements only keeps the agent out of the data. The public has access to all of our data via 3rd party sites! For some reason, I'm unable to save my password on my ipad. You need to review your password guidelines.
Also the training has been dumbed down to the point that its absurd trying to work with some of the co-ops. If you aren't going to protect, train and support professional realtors, then terminate the affiliation with NAR, IAR, etc. As a union/trade organization, they are not protecting their constituents. We need a private database that doesn't require membership in the union! In my opinion we do not need local, state and national boards! Make membership optional.. That will clean up thier act! Take the mls private.
The help desk is helpful, knowledgable and responsive. I like the class selection provided.
