More distinction between members. Tailor services to individual needs and practices. Some example categories:

Love this association
I always get my questions answered, whether it be from the person who answered the phone- or if they do not have an answer. They make sure someone else does call me back with one. always nice!

Mainstreet is a valuable resource.
While other companies made concessions during the Pandemic, our realtor association never delayed or reduced their fees. Full payments were always due on time. Members have fallen on hard times during this period and the association never acknowledged it. Very disappointing and discouraging.
