The availability, level of care and response of the whole top-down Mainstreet Team; other nationwide organizations look up to Mainstreet to copy and to understand their level of service and success. Next is the education, programs, special sessions and on and on so readily available to the Membership.
As an organization I've personally seen year-after-year a core group of very dedicated people remain involved at the top positions: that is key to continued success. No Organization can continue to grow and prosper on just great new yearly Presidents/Administrations coming in - and I am one of the past Presidents myself.
Mainstreet has plenty of younger true top leaders who will undoubtedly carry on for many years to come. Our CEO is very dedicated, knowledgeable and ready to keep serving our ever growing Mainstreet Membership.
Staff is also second to none and with younger - very dynamic and smart team members - ready to contribute and help the executive Team

The Organization is focused on the needs of the members, as it should be, and is very effective in serving those needs and providing programs and services that are helpful in our business.
There was always someone answering the phone and providing the information i needed whenever i called.

Remine is very unreliable. Sometimes it cannot even find a property at all. It doesn't provide the information we look for in an easy to use format. The photo upload process when putting in a new listing is challenging. I find I can only do about 6 photos at a time, then save them. Then do the next 6. We should be able to upload as many photos as we'd like in one shot without the system locking up and/or dumping all the photos we'd previously uploaded. I also find the private network very confusing - what is the purpose of this - just an opportunity to have pocket listings?
