Very expensive fees with limited tools. Other MLS options provide more for the fees you charge.

The clarity in services.
Appraisers have no access to private listings, which is ridiculous given the current housing market. Am not thrilled with having to look up stuff on Remine and then download to print. A waste of time and was a lot faster and easier before this last change when Realist had everything.
Go back to realist. Remine is not nearly as good.

I am not disappointed, I am just neutral because I'm a new member
I strongly feel and have previously stated, the billing should be a la carte. I am really not sure why NAR has to charge $150 , I'm not sure what they do for us anymore. I'm not sure what Realtors R Voice is.. for $85, and Public awareness. I am not sure how much of the money I give is going to salaries, or how much is to help us as Realtors nationally.
This should all be ala carte with explanations.
We are told to cut costs and it's just the same frustration every year with fees.
WITH all that said, MORE has been great every time I called. I think my frustration is more of a national basis and not so much of the local level.
I like the fact that the classes that are available are easy to schedule and cancel if needed.
Also you can call and ask questions and get the answers your looking for everyone is always so helpful
