Mainstreet staff is absolutely amazing! They are always there to answer your questions. There is so much Mainstreet offers to their members. Education, ( which I highly recommend you take through them) Leadership Opportunities and leadership training. Toastmasters club to hone your public speaking skills and very importantly help with any issues regarding professional standards to help you navigate this ever changing market. Mainstreet has a very diverse and inclusive attitude where you always feel welcome. My suggestion to any member who is not involved, check out the vast selection of committees such as Young Professional’s Network, Global or Government Affairs. There is simply something for everyone.
Associates are always helpful. If for some reason they do not have an answer, they refer to the appropriate source or research the question and call back with a response.

Offer more virtual courses.

Apparently Mainstreet has sold or given our phone numbers to health care companies. I have received dozens of texts concerning buying health insurance and they're all directed to me as a Realtor. This is just as annoying as all the spam calls, texts and emails from car warranty companies. If you're making money by selling our personal information then you should reduce our dues.
