Are you aware the HELP DESK phone isn't working for over 2 weeks? Since someone tried to mess with it, now when you call and have to listen to all those prompts, it just disconnects all the time anyway. Before the change in system, I left a message 2 weeks ago and never heard back. I normally give HIGH reviews to all that work there, so this is NOT those individuals faults. It's the fault of the dumb dumb that changed the system for no good reason and now it's useless.
Great "organization" but a lot of us "top producers" are frustrated working opposite the new agents, not their fault, but more likely the hobbyists. What do we need to do to make it harder for someone to get their license just to have it and not practice? Raise dues? More stringent testing? It's frustrating to us professionals to work opiate many people who have no
Clue what they are doing, and ultimately ooorly representing their buyers or sellers and giving Realtors a bad name...
