Improvements can include flexibility with dues payments, this would include lowering payments The internet competition as you know is derived from former members being fed up with your lack of attention and expense. Also more updated forms for ALL aspects of real estate in illinois.

Very helpful
Simply put, you gouge appraisers. We do not require the full range of services you offer yet we are required to pay for them. At a certain point that will not be true and you will lose the memberships of the appraisal community. Go back to having an associate membership which is a more equitable way of doing business instead of holding us hostage for full fees when the only service we utilize is the MLS.
