You stand up for Realtors when Illinois government wants to pass laws that will hurt our industry. I like to have CE classes both in person and online. When I have a question I get an answer immediately.

Employees are very responsive.
I am dual licensed and located in Wisconsin. Most of the training or events that are interesting is down south and quite the drive. Not many in the northern part of the state. So, disappointing that I pay so much in dues and do not get much in return. Wisconsin board does a lot more locally for the agents.
I feel like I don't get a lot of value for the money.
Help the Realtors that pays your salary. Stop with concentrating with fines and make things easier so the realtors can help their clients to sell their home or buy a home. Stop complicating the system make it easier for the Realtors and their clients to navigate the system. When a realtor calls show respect and help the realtor instead of knocking them down. Honestly, I belonged to the Chicago Board years ago and never had any complaints.
Mainstreet is a very well run association.

Our association is well staffed and organized, however after the creation of the PLN, I am extremely dissatisfied with its structure or lack of structure. It has become a absolute mess, with little to no basic requirements.
