the classic form is the most user friendly, you'd think all your newer innovations would be good, but in real estate, simple is uncommon and the best.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have been a Realtor for many, many years and feel that I did not get the assistance that I should have received from the Assosiation. There were times that I called for information and could not get my questions answered due to lack of personnel or lack of knowledge..
Also, the fact that a Realtor reporting another Realtor for a violation would have the burdon financially to have it heard.
Also, the dues were too high for the service received.
