The system you have is very complex and even not in comparable to private compitators, like Zillow ,Redfim and all other company ,even you collect couple of thousands as association fees, with no compitant in the other players.

I love the book club. Some of the events look like fun - but i am not going to drive from Libertyville (or Antioch where I live). More Northern events would be nice. Even Rolling Meadows is an hour away.

Our organization is very professional and listens to the realtors that are actually out in the field and working with buyers and sellers. They make changes to our paperwork that reflects the times we are living in and our current market situation. I appreciate the consistency of keeping up with all the laws and issues facing our government today and in the future.
