My rental listing is not feeding to some of the social media sites. And the one that does list my rental is not showing the correct reduced listing price. This makes me look bad in the eyes of my clients! My manager told me that I need to call you.🤬

Continued cost increase for dues is getting ridiculous. I’ve alway rated Mainstreet as a 10 but they need to work with MRED and Sentrilock to bring the fees down. Separate MRED from Sentrilock’ or go back to Supra which is cheaper.
I think you are always there to help. Give honest opinions and help.

The absolute worst. I pay dues to this organization, and get NOTHING in return. If I wasn't forced to, I would have nothing to do with it. I was physically threatened by another agent, a complaint was filed, and not only were my broker and I not notified, not a thing as done. It is a self policing profession, and you do nothing. I had to call to find out the disposition, and was given a bunch of nonsense that nothing could be done. Take my money and don't look out for us. Absolutely worthless!
Cost is getting excessive.
What I like most about MORE is how responsive everyone is to questions or issues. We are always able to speak with a live person and/or receive quick responses via email. The overall customer service is superb!
I have not noticed that MORE sends out communications when forms online have been updated. This would be helpful, especially when training new agents.
cost way to much for what you are.
Allow for partial payments of all fees rather than one lump sum only payment.
They are perfectly fine.
The prices seem to constantly increase and less and less services being provided. I do not like that it forces a donation to be added to your cart before check out as well. I know there is a lot of people that pay that donation fee because they do not know they can modify and remove it from their cart. I have to hustle to close multiple deals in order to afford/support the overall expense of the MLS and have evaluated so many times if it is really worth it for me to keep that expense burden.
Lower the fees!
MORe are advocates for homeowner rights. The Staff is hands-on at Mainstreet, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt with responses to questions and needs.
Mainstreet is the BEST! Talk about a well greased machine … you all have that going for you.
Your whole organization has the nicest staff always willing to help with any issues with a smile.
